    On the first day of your Ladakh tour package, our bus will be waiting for you in the evening at Delhi. Get on the bus, settle into your comfortable seats. As the music starts playing, another kind of thrill will rush into you. 

    In this 12-hour journey from Delhi to Manali, feel the cool breeze, watch the bright stars, and stop at the dhabas for revitalizing snacks. Live each moment until you reach Manali.

Day 2 / WELCOME TO MANALI Manali, Ladakh
    Full Day

    In the dawn, around 5-7 Am, you will arrive at Manali, the Valley of Gods. Our driver will transfer you to your hotel. Settle in your accommodation, take in the fresh air of the mountain, and unwind from this 560 km long journey from Delhi to Manali. 

    After unwinding, explore the nearby towns, visit Hadimba Temple for a spiritual walk, and you can buy Himachali Handicrafts from Mall Road. Conclude the day by having a scrumptious dinner and a peaceful slumber at your accommodation.

Day 3 / MANALI TO JISPA Jispa, Ladakh

    Rise and shine in this beautiful scenery of Manali. A hearty breakfast will be served early in the morning. And after the short briefing about the trip, you will be all set to uncover the new destination, Jispa

    Enjoy this travelling time of 5-7 hours in the car as you pass through the longest highway tunnel in the world, the Atal Tunnel,  stunning villages like Keylong, and Sisu. Keep your phone and camera charged to capture all the picturesque views. Around 4-5 PM in the evening, you will reach the charming village of Jipa, a small but beautiful village surrounded by greenery and a peaceful environment. Here, check into your Amazing camp location and as the sun sets, relish the lively night music.

Day 4 / JISPA TO LEH Leh, Ladakh

    On the fourth day, wake up early to enjoy the warmth of Jispa for the last time. After having a fulfilling breakfast, you will venture out to discover majestic Leh.

    In this 95 km journey through the Manali-Leh Highway, experience the 21 steep turns, gorgeous views of high-altitude places such as Darcha, a peaceful mountain village, Zing Zing Bar, the highest roadside dhaba, and Baralacha, a high mountain pass. You will also get the opportunity to enjoy the self-paying lunch at the high-altitude village, Sarchu, in the afternoon. 

    You will enter scenic Leh around 7 pm in the evening. Relax at your hotel and unwind with a delicious dinner. After that, recharge yourself by getting a good sleep for the next day's excitement.

Day 5 / DISCOVERING THE MAGIC OF LEH Leh, Ladakh

    On this fifth day, you will visit the main attractions of Leh. Thus, have a fulfilling breakfast, prepare yourself for today’s journey, packed with beauty, adventure, and history. 

    Visit Hall of Frame, a stunning museum dedicated to Indian soldiers, Gurudwara Shri Pathar Sahib, a spiritual site built in memory of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Sangam Point where Zanskar and Indus rivers meet, Magnetic Hill where cars seem to drive themselves uphill, and Sham Valley, also known as Apricot Valley.

    Then in the evening, our driver will bring you back. Explore the local marketplace and aesthetic cafes of Leh. Then, make your day more happening with a tasty dinner and a peaceful slumber in the hotel.

Day 6 / LEH TO NUBRA VALLEY Nubra, Ladakh

    On the sixth day, you will uncover the orchard of Ladakh: the Nubra Valley. After having the revitalizing breakfast, get ready to start the 7-hour journey from Leh to Nubra Valley. Be sure to immerse yourself in every view that comes in route: Khardungla Pass, the world's highest motorable road, Diskit Monastery, the oldest and largest monastery. Stop at North Pullu and South Pullu for the delicious refreshments.

    And as you reach the fascinating Hunder Sand Dunes, don’t forget to enjoy the ATV rides on the white sands and exciting camel ride on the unique Bactrian camel hump for which Nubra valley is known for. At your own expense.

Day 7 / NUBRA VALLEY TO PANGONG Pangong, Ladakh

    On the seventh day, have breakfast before setting off to Pangong Lake from Nubra Valley. As you drive toward the lake, you'll pass the peaceful Shyok River. Be sure to stop and take in the views of this shimmering blue water.

    Upon reaching Pangong Lake, situated around 13,680ft stretches across India and China. Here, get amazed by witnessing the quality of the river to change color throughout the day. Then be enthusiastic about the camp stay, which is just 200-300m away from Pangong Lake

    Finally, wrap up your day with a satisfying dinner before retiring for the night.

Day 8 / PANGONG TO LEH Leh, Ladakh

    On this day, wake up early to see the soothing Sunrise at Pangong Lake, that adrenaline you will see when the river beautifully mirrors the yellow sun. Enjoy your last day at Pangong Lake by walking around the shoreline and listening to the stillness of the river. 

    After that, come back to your campsite to enjoy the delicious breakfast. After that, you will depart from Pangong and your seven-hour drive will begin to Leh, where you will cross the remarkable Chang La Pass, the third-highest motorable road. As you journey, take pleasure in the stunning views while sipping tea or coffee, or simply admire the sights and inhale the fresh air. 

    By the evening, you'll reach Leh, settle into your hotel, and relax with a delightful dinner.

Day 9 / LEH TO KARGIL Kargil, Ladakh

    On this day, you will cover the new historic destination of Kargil. So, after having a satisfying breakfast, embark on the 5-6 hour journey from Leh to Kargil.

    You will pass through the Mulbek, a small village famous for its monasteries and statue of Maitreya Buddha, Namika La, high high-altitude mountain pass also known as the Pillar of the Sky Pass, and Fotu La, the highest point in the Srinagar to Leh highway.

    In the late evening, you will reach Kargil, absorb the uniqueness of this palace, and before getting comfortable in the bed at your hotel, savour the delicious dinner.

Day 10 / KARGIL TO SRINAGAR Srinagar, Ladakh

    As your Ladakh tour package nears to end, so does the excitement of covering a unique destination. Therefore, on this day, you will discover Srinagar, also known as the Venice of the East. So fuel yourself with a mouthwatering breakfast and venture out to uncover this new journey.

    In your route, you will be mesmerized by seeing the beauty of the Sonmarg, also called the Meadow of Gold, experience the extreme chill of the second coldest inhabited place in the world, Drass, and stop at Zoji la pass, the gateway to Ladakh, to click the aesthetic picture of stunning views. 

    Then in the evening, you will reach Srinagar. Upon arriving, enjoy your traditional houseboat surrounded by the Zabarwan hills in the serene Dal Lake.

    And before hitting the bed at your hotel, enjoy the delicious dinner that is being served.

A total of 9 nights will be included: one night at the Manali hotel,  one night at the Jispa camp, three nights at the Leh hotel, one night at the Nubra Valley camp, one night at the Pangong camp, one night at the Kargil hotel and one night at the Srinagar hotel where guests will share rooms in pairs or triples.

A total of 18 Meals will be included: one Meal, which is dinner on Day 2, two meals, which are breakfast and dinner on Day 3, 4, 5,6,7,8,9, and one meal, which is breakfast on Day 10. 

All the meals will be served on a fixed menu.

  • Any food or drink, such as alcoholic beverages, beverages, mineral water, highway lunches, meals, and refreshments, is not covered in the package.
  • Personal expenses such as gratuities for drivers, admission to monuments and monasteries, charges for cameras or video cameras, river rafting, camel safari, laundry, phone bills, tips, etc, are all excluded from the package.
  • Any expenses resulting from natural disasters, such as landslides, roadblocks, etc., aren't covered in the package. It must be paid immediately by the client.

Ladakh, a union territory, is the northernmost part of India. Situated between the Karakoram and the Himalayan mountain range. With its unique location, it mostly remains cold with harsh winters most time of the year. Tibetan Buddhism is the main culture of Ladakh, with numerous monasteries spread all over the area. It's a photographer's dream place with Nubra Valley, Magnetic Hill, Shanti Stupa, and Hanley being the main attractions. Its unique culture and adventure hubs like trekking, mountain biking, it's no wonder why travelers get attracted to the marvellous Land of High passes, Ladakh. But before you go, there are certain things that one should keep in mind. These are as follows.

  1. High Altitude and Acclimatization
    The altitude of Ladakh is 11,562 feet above sea level. Owing to that height, some travelers can suffer from altitude sickness. Thus, visit the doctor before making any plan for it. And when you reach there, let your body adapt to the environment slowly to this lower level of oxygen condition.
  2. Cultural Sensitivity
    Ladakh, which is also known as Little Tibet, is home to the Tibetan Buddhists with numerous monasteries, stupas, spinning prayer wheels, and prayer flags. Thus be mindful of local culture and traditions that is very close to the Ladaki people.
  3. Unique Landscapes
    Ladakh is situated between the Karakoram and the Himalayan mountain range. With its location, it has a unique landscape from the coldest deserts, snow peaks, to the stunning valleys. Offering breathtaking landscapes like Nubra Valley, Hanley, and Lemayuru. Blue lakes like TSO Moriri, a protected wetland, and Pangong TSO, also known as the chameleon lake.   5. Safety and Health
    Ladakh is also known as the coldest desert. Cold and harsh climatic conditions associated with chilly winds and snow are common to Ladakh. Be prepared for such a situation and carry a basic first aid kit, emergency supplies, and extra food and water. In the remote area, be more cautious. You can also consider buying an oxygen cylinder for altitude sickness.
Terms and Conditions

Some terms and conditions needed to be kept in mind before planning a trip to Ladakh with Travel Junky. These apply to all, whether going with a family or friends.

  1. Booking and payments:
    If you are booking the package before 30 days of departure, then only 50% of the package amount is required to confirm the booking. Whereas booking within 30 days, then the full payment is required to be made. All the payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit/debit cards (additional charges may apply for card payments).
  2. Cancellation Policy:
    If any traveler wants to cancel the trip after the confirmation of the booking, then below are the cancellation fees that will be applied to the total cost of the package according to the days when you are cancelling it. 25% for 45 days or more 50% for 30-44 days 75% for 15-29 days 100% for less than 15 days or no show up All the refunds will be made within 15 working days after the cancellation.
  3. Amendments:
    If you want to make any changes, like altering the date, upgrading in hotel, or tweaks in the itinerary, any changes in the package must be made between 30 days prior to the departure. But keep in mind that all the amendments are subject to the availability and can come with additional charges. Name changes in the booking are not permitted.
  4. Documents:
    All travelers are required to bring a valid government ID such as an Aadhar card, Voter card, or passport. With Ladakh Inner Line permits is the vital thing that Travel junky assist in facilitating. Whereas international travelers must bring a passport with an Indian visa and a restricted area permit if applicable.
  5. Health and fitness:
    Ladakh is a high-altitude destination, with a lower level of oxygen is a common thing. It is always advisable to consult a doctor before making a plan for Ladakh. Travel junky will not be responsible for any high altitude sickness or any health issue.
  6. Travel insurance:
    Travel junky will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Thus, Travel insurance is highly appreciable when going to such high-altitude destinations. This will cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
  7. Itinerary and Activities:
    Itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, roadblocks, or government orders. Certain activities, like river rafting and trekking, are weather-dependent. Therefore Travel Junky are not reliable for any alteration or cancellation in the package.
  8. Accommodation:
    Family and friends will be accommodated as per availability, and special requests like view, adjacency are subject to availability. All the accommodation will be provided on a double, triple sharing basis in standard/deluxe hotels, guesthouses, or camps. In your accommodation, early check-in and check-out may incur additional charges.
  9. Transportation:
    The type of vehicle (SUVs, Tempo Travelers) is dependent on the number of people. During the travel, the driver's decision on route, stoppage, and timing will be final. All travelers should not request for unscheduled travel.
  10. Code of conduct:
    Travelers are expected to respect the local customs, culture, and regulations. Any property damage or inappropriate behaviour can result in the removal from the trip without a refund.
  11. Liability:
    Travel junky just act as an agent for hotel, transport companies, and other service providers. Thus, it will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property. Also Travel Junky is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or expenses caused by circumstances beyond its control.
  12. Photography and media:
    Travel Junky reserves the right to use any photographs, videos, or testimonials taken during the trip for promotional purposes unless otherwise notified in writing.
